Essentially the process involves.
Brief meditation to tune into your fear or contraction in body
Drawing your fear on paper
Movement to move through the fear and create space for something new within to emerge
Drawing “On the other side of fear”
Journalling
Apologies when I was referring to the “turning point” I meant Transition during Labour ( I think I had my old screenwriter hat on!)
