ABOUT FIONA
Fiona Wilks is a fourth-year Body Psychotherapy student and qualified Transpersonal Art Therapist. She offers warm, grounded spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and explore what is ready to shift and grow.
Her work weaves together body-based therapy, creativity and compassionate presence, supporting people to reconnect with their bodies, emotions and inner world, and to move towards greater self-awareness, wellbeing and empowerment.
Fiona is a mother of two boys and has a particular understanding of the many layers of womanhood and motherhood. She has a background supporting women through conception, pregnancy and the transition into motherhood.
With more than 14 years’ experience in the wellbeing sector, Fiona has worked one-to-one with clients and facilitated creative and therapeutic workshops across schools, youth services, hospitals, women’s health centres and pregnancy support groups. Her experience includes working with teenagers with Headspace and as a long-term facilitator with the Starlight Children’s Foundation’s Livewire program.
At the heart of Fiona’s work is a belief that we all have an innate capacity for healing, growth and greater connection with ourselves.
