PREGNANCY RESOURCES

There is so many pregnancy resources out there, where do you start!! Here is just a handful, if you are on the hunt for some information, inspiration or support. We are all different some of us like to delve into book after book and others may prefer to step back from information overload and listen to their own wisdom. I found it wonderful to be informed, but also listen to my intuition to know when to stop and trust my own innate wisdom. Try to find teachers, writers, therapists that you feel connected too and are in line with your values. Here are some of my favourites I came along through my pregnancy journeys…
